Extremely overpriced almost double what another repair shop wanted.

Hi Tony, there are a lot of factors which impact the price of a repair but the single largest one for us is employees. We are proud of the talent employed here at Advanced but in order to attract and retain those professionals, we have to pay top wages, benefits, and retirement. I have no idea what kind of compensation program or benefits or retirement program the other shop has. Our prices reflect our commitment to retain this talent.

I've had several vehicles worked on at Advanced. Every time I've been 100% satisfied at the timely manner they get me in and get things done! Cost is more reasonable than any other place I've been too! Certainly appreciate the great job they do every time! Terrific service from the first phone call with Service Advisor Annie, to delivery of the vehicle. Started work when they promised. Texted diagnostics and a video of the process to me. Saved me money by telling me the work I thought the car needed was not necessary. Completed exactly when promised. No one looks forward to the next time their car needs work but, having confidence in your chosen shop is a huge relief when that time comes. I can’t recommend Advanced Auto Care enough. Thank you.
