Very easy to make an appt and professional. I am very picky since being a service manager with Porsche and Audi for 37 years so I was looking for the best place to get work done. I always want things done right the first time and have an advisor listen to my requests. All of this was done and I'm so happy to find this great place. Thanks and I will use no one else. I had scheduled an appointment a few days in advanced. I show up a few minutes before I am supposed to be there and I am told that I do not have an appointment. I show them the email and they told me they can’t get me in even though I have an appointment already scheduled. Now they keep calling me to try and fix it because I left a bad review. If I never would have left this they would have completely forgotten about it.
